Girls Football Festival - March 2024
Ms Edmonds and I had the lucky privilege of taking ten children from KS1 to a Girls Football Festival at Douglas Eyre Sports Centre on Friday to take part in a range of carousel activities to explore football skills and it was the perfect day as it was International Women’s Day! Nobody came 1st, 2nd or 3rd. It was all about taking part and having fun and the children certainly did this!
Hansaa – it was fun and exciting
Barakah 2DM – it was nice and very exciting
Barakah 2F – it was exciting
Meriem – it was exciting and tiring
Mara – it was happy and fun!
Isra – it was good
Sophia – it was very good!
Sofia – it was so nice!
Khadijah – it was very good and so much fun!
Zainab – it was tiring because we were running a lot. But we had lots of fun!
