3SH's Assembly was all About Settlements
On Friday we were treated to a Mrs Sandhu-Hanif Special Class Assembly. 3SH put on an amazing performance about settlements and helped us to understand how as settlements get bigger, they are called different things and have certain properties. All the way from a cluster of houses, known as a hamlet, to an enormous city, which must have a cathedral.
We also got to see some exemplary gymnastics skills and some incredible home learning projects. Throughout the assembly, the children spoke with beautiful clarity and confidence - much to the delight of the many parents in attendance. We even got a settlements rap! It shows how engaged with their learning they have been this term. A big thank you to Mrs Sandhu-Hanif and all the adults who helped put on this brilliant class assembly.
Here's what the parents and carers had to say:
Excellent performance. Well done 3SH *****
Fantastic! II learnt so much - thank you 3SH!
