Goodbye and Good Luck!
It is always difficult at the end of an academic year to say goodbye to staff, and this one is no exception…..
Ms Furey – Ms Furey has been with us for 2 terms this year helping shape our youngest pupils and has worked really well within the EYFS team. The children thoroughly enjoyed the learning that she provided both indoors and outdoors.
As she leaves us to pursue her travels, we thank her and wish her all the very best.
Mr Archer – Although Mr Archer has only been with us for a short time he has been a great member of the Lower KS2 team and I would like to take the opportunity to thank him for all his hard work with Year 3. We wish him all the very best for the future.
Mrs Hughes has been part of the South Grove team since 2011, starting with the lunchtime team as a Mid Day Assistant and then moving to be a Teaching Assistant in 2015 working in both our Special Resourced Provision and in the mainstream classes. Over the years she has helped many children to achieve their best and we wish her Good Luck in both her new teaching assistant role and for the future as she and her family move out of London.
Welcome!
We will be welcoming Mrs Hunn as our new Nursery teacher. She is moving to London from her home country, New Zealand. She has already met the EYFS team and they are really excited about working together. Let’s ensure that we give her a warm welcome!
