Nativity - Little Angel Gets Her Wings
Nativity 2025
We were treated to two wonderful performances for our KS1 Nativity Play last week.
The children shared a story of an Angel who had no wings and how along her journey to Bethlehem she encountered a lamb, donkey and dove who she helped when they got themselves into difficulty. And for her kindness she earned her wings when she reached Bethlehem and met Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus.
The children played their parts so confidently and sang and signed their hearts out. Their confidence shone through. It was our Reception Classes first Nativity and they performed their songs with such enthusiasm.
Although all the children needed to be congratulated for their part in the Nativity we did have to give a special recognition to our own little angel Felicity for her solo parts throughout the play. She did amazingly well.
Of course, all of this was not possible but for the co-ordination and organisation of Ms Forbes supported by all the teaching and support staff. She much deserved the after show gifts of flowers and chocolates from Year 2!
Thank you to all the parents, carers and relatives that came to support their children. It means a great deal to them and are very proud to perform in front of you so thank you very much.
Here’s what the parents had to say:
What an incredible performance you should all be so proud!
