Year 3 Travel back to the 1940s!

Yr3 -- WWII Topic -- May2025

 We travelled back in time last week to the early 1940s and spent a whole day as people from the WW2 era! Our World War 2 day was filled with fantastic activities which really helped us to deepen our knowledge and understanding of what that time period was like for those living through the war.

We conducted research, we mixed together ingredients to create oat biscuits which would have been eaten back then, and we showed off the beautiful homework projects that the children spent so much time and effort on. We really did have a wonderful time exploring all things WW2!
