Year 3 where visited by the School Nurse to talk about Personal Hygiene

This week in year 3 we had a visit from the School Nurse to talk to us about personal hygiene. We learnt about the importance of making sure to keep clean which helps us to be healthy. Making sure that we wash our hands for 20 seconds (that's how long it takes to sing Happy Birthday twice), brush our teeth (twice a day) and not bite our nails (ew, think about where our nails go all day)! We then created posters about the new information we learnt from the workshop. Looking after ourselves keeps us healthy!
