Year 6 explore advertising

This term, Year 6 have been exploring the world of advertising in preparation for creating their very own E-safety adverts. The children began by reviewing a range of adverts, considering what makes them effective, memorable and persuasive.

Alongside this, they have been learning about the importance of staying safe online – a particularly vital topic with the increasing use of AI in our everyday lives. Discussions have focused on how to make sensible choices, protect personal information, and think critically about the content they see.

This week, Year 6 have been busy story boarding their ideas, carefully planning how to get their E-safety messages across in a clear and engaging way.
