Year Five's Science Week

This week in Year 5 has been all but completely taken over by Science Week, and the classroom has been full of excitement, curiosity and investigation! The children absolutely loved the opportunity to think and work like real scientists. Each day, they took part in a different experiment, making predictions, observing carefully and discussing what they noticed.

Throughout the week the children explored a range of scientific ideas through hands-on activities. They asked thoughtful questions, tested their ideas and enjoyed seeing how their predictions compared with the results. It was wonderful to see their enthusiasm as they worked together, shared their thinking and discovered new things about the world around them.
