 "Following a busy SATS week, Year 6 have been hard at work on an exciting Fairgrounds-themed maths project ready to build their own next half term! As part of their learning, they took on the challenge of designing their own fairground attractions while working out real-world calculations like building fees, running costs, and potential profits. Using their maths skills, they budgeted carefully to make sure their rides were fun, affordable, and financially successful. It was a fantastic way to link maths to everyday life, and the students showed great creativity and problem-solving along the way."
